Rental policy: one year lease with security deposit equal to one month rent plus $35.00 for single and $50.00 for double non-refundable application fee.

Rental cost includes refuse collection, snow removal, lawn care and full maintenance.

Units are carpeted except bedrooms.  Bedrooms have hardwood flooring. All units have electric self-cleaning range,   two door frost free refrigerator, stainless steel sink with disposal.  Some units also have built in dishwashers and/or washer and dryer hook up in basement.  All except end units have brick living room feature wall.  Full bath on second floor and  half bath on first floor (on selected apartments). Reserved parking.
