Rental Policy is a one-year lease only with security deposit equal to one month rent plus a

$35.00 single application fee and $50.00 double non-refundable.  

Rental cost includes water, sewer, refuse collection, snow removal, basic cable, Internet, lawn care, full maintenance, use of pool and community house facilities.  Pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.  Pool has limited guest privileges; not available for private parties.

Community House available to rent for tenant private parties on a reserved basis.

All apartments feature individual house number, private entrance, mailbox, electric heat, air conditioning, enclosed patio (except 1bdrm. and 2bdrm flats). Apartments are carpeted except bedrooms.  Bedrooms have hardwood flooring and closet.  All units have electric self-cleaning range, two door frost free refrigerator, stainless steel sink with disposal.  Some units also have built in dishwashers and/or washer and dryer hook up in basement.  All except end units have brick living room feature wall.  Full bath on second floor and  half bath on first floor (on selected apartments).  Reserved parking.  This is a total electric community.
